CHECK IN TIME: After 4 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
CHECK OUT TIME: At 11 am unless other arrangements have been made.
We have a 3 NIGHT 4 PERSON minimum to book the lodge. If you would like a shorter stay please call for availability.
RESERVATION INFO: We prefer to deal with a group organizer concerning all aspects of your reservation. If you are the group organizer please have each member pay you directly and submit one single payment to Hewes Brook Lodge.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT: We require a $500.00 deposit at time of reservation. A refund will be given when cancellation is 1 month prior to your arrival date. Otherwise deposit will be applied to another trip. FINAL PAYMENT is due upon day of your arrival.

• Bed & Breakfast Stays: (3 nights Minimum) $100.00 per person/per day
• APPETIZERS INCLUDE: baby back ribs, shrimp, chicken wings, homemade french fries & potato skins, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, crackers & cheese, pretzels, peanuts/chips and soft drinks
  
• We have a 12 person minimum to book the lodge for a private trip.
  
• NOTE: Private trips NOT available for Bed & Breakfast unless it is a group of 16 or more for 3 consecutive nights.
  
• If you would like a shorter stay or there is less than four people in your group, call several days or a week before your trip to check on availability of rooms.
  • Maximum capacity is 16 Single's or 16 Couple's
  • 12 people or more for 3 nights stay = 10% Discount.
    
  • Large parking area for trucks and trailers.
    
  • Inside snowmobile storage for up to 12 sleds during your stay.
