RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS

All Spring / Summer / Fall / Winter Activities:

We require a Non - Refundable DEPOSIT of $100.00 per person to establish your reservation.

The DEPOSIT must be received within fourteen days of your reservation call.
When we receive your DEPOSIT you will be sent a confirmation letter. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival.

For Groups of 16 or more requesting a private trip, we require a Non-Refundable Deposit of $1600.00 to establish your reservation. Deposit must be received within 14 days of your reservation call. When we receive your Deposit you will be sent a confirmation letter. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival.

( For large groups we prefer to work with the group organizer concerning all aspects of your reservation.)

For Individuals / Couples who are looking for reservations at the last minute please call for availability.

For Family Retreats / Special Events please call for rates.

Bed & Breakfast Stays: $100.00 Per Person Per Night. Call for availability.

Children 11 or older are full price, Children 6 - 10 are $50.00 per night, Children 5 or under staying in parents room are FREE.

CHECK IN TIME: After 4 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
CHECK OUT TIME: At 11 am unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy:

All winter cancellations with the exception of the Private Trip your Deposit will be credited / Snow Checked towards another trip.

All meals are served family style all you can eat. Please review our menu for selected meal plans.

Appetizers are served 1 hour prior to meals and include the following: baby back ribs, shrimp, chicken wings, homemade french fries & potato skins, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, crackers & cheese, pretzels, peanuts/chips and soft drinks
